BUILD NOTES
Not a lot to say about this build except that go watch Love, Death & Robots over at Netflix 😛 Had to stop after this guy’s episode as the moment I saw him, I knew I just had to build him. Just had a hard time figuring out what was his name (had to check the end credits and IMDB).
The fun part about the build was adding all these little play features for it. Along with the articulated joints, I wanted to give it this option of swappable faceplates with different expressions just like in the show. My favorite would be the >_< face haha!
WIP Process
Robot Body Parts at a small scale
Considering the size of this build, I spent a considerable amount of time on the body and limbs compared to the head build. Most of it was getting the right proportions with a good amount of articulation for such a small scale.
The picture here shows the other versions of the body, arms, pelvis, and leg assemblies. Tried out so many combinations just to reduce a specific area by a fraction of a plate.

reFRAME v3 Instruction Manual
The reFrame System is a modular brick skeleton aimed to help both new and veternan brick mech builders create their own designs in a consistent size with modular capabilities. It was originally designed to be a basis for all my mechs in the Mech Wars universe. Having gone through a number of upgrades, the V3 reFrame can now house a minifigure pilot in the chest without sacrificing aesthetic or articulation.
